Max Overacts 397 cross post

Time for another cross post for my latest Max comic. It was late getting up but it's a doozy!

This is the big ending for my cottage storyline. Bringing together the bullies, the Russian Bear Repellent masks, water pistols, and ultimate failure as a trio of 9 year olds try to scare some teenagers. Eleanore is a new addition to the strip (for anyone reading this who hasn't read the comic) and this whole storyline has been about cementing her position with Max and Klaus as their number 3, because while my strip is about a thoughtful young fellow who loves to create stories and situations and connect with people, I really wanted a different energy in the comic in the way of a sporty little girl who will always be their friend. No awkward love triangles. (Max already has Janet and Auryn and a planned parade of other potential girlfriends as the kids age.) No, I wanted to show boys and girls getting along without any of the usual drama.

Plus, later on down the line, as they mature and Max's plays get more elaborate... they might need a stunt girl.
